Indian Seniors of Chicago celebrate Maha

Shivaratri and Valentine’s Day

Indian Seniors of Chicago was

11, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at Manav Seva
Mandir. About 255 members attend-
ed. The program started with prayers
and Hanuman Chalisa by members
Mr. Deepak Patel, Mrs. Kokila Patel,
Mrs. Janakbala and Mrs. Mayura-
ben Desai and Binaben Mehta and
all the brothers and sisters joined in
singing. The program was conducted
successfully by Shri Manubhai Shah.
After that Mr. CV Desai presented
the account of January 2023 and also
mentioned the names of the donors.
Srimati Jyotika Vyas sang a beautiful
bhajan of Sivastuti in her special raga.
After that, a program was held
to wish the members whose birthdays
fall in the month of February. Mr.
Dilip Patel requested the members
whose birthdays are coming forward.
Then all the members greeted Sarve
by singing ‘Bar Baar Din Aye Tum
Jeo Hazara Saal’ together. Today’s
birthday members were felicitated
with birthday cards by the best singer
of songs Mr. Rajesh Chalan.
