The “Peace” has returned

to troubled Kashmir

The rulers do not speak of what treatment the locals mete out to the Kashmiri Pandits who want to re-

turn to Kashmir and settle down permanently here. They will not only speak not a word but will brush
aside their genocide and ethnic cleansing either as a phenomenon of history’s dynamics or the fault of
the Pandits or if nothing else bring the onus to the doorstep of Governor Jagmohan
